This email serves as a friendly reminder that Kyruus will be closed, only offering “lite” holiday coverage, on Monday, January 15, 2024 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

What does this mean for you? 

• All data ingestions will take place as usual
• Customer Support will be available for non-urgent tickets from 8am - 12pm EST
• If you experience an outage after 12pm Eastern, please follow the protocol detailed on our Support site, here.  Of particular note please use priority level Urgent, as this will initiate an alert for our on-call team members. 

Kyruus will return to all normal business processes and hours on Tuesday, January 16th.

Epion Holidays

On Epion holidays, Epion support is very limited so response times will be delayed by a day. If you are having an emergency, we do have have an on-call agent that will be able to respond to any urgent priority tickets.
