ProviderMatch accounts are requested through support@kyruus.com. Depending on your role within the health system (agent, administrator, etc.) you will be granted access to one or multiple ProviderMatch applications. Once an account has been requested and set up for you using your health system email address as your username, you will be emailed instructions to set a password.

Clicking on the "Get Started" link in the email will direct you to a first time login screen where you will set your ProviderMatch password.

Once you have decided on a password, click on the Activate Your Account button. This will redirect you to login.kyruus.com, where you should see the confirmation message below, and you'll be able to use your username (email address) and newly created password to log in.
