If you are a frequent user of Kyruus Support and have a number of open items with our team, it can be hard to track those all through email. We recommend communicating with us as much as possible through the Help Center, since here you'll have access to our "My Activities" dashboard, which allows you to see any Support requests you've submitted to our team as well the request's current status. You can update the requests with additional information or questions through the dashboard, instead of doing so via email. Tickets sent through any channel (email, "Support" tab, or Help Center) will appear in the My Activities dashboard.
Accessing the "My Activities" Dashboard
The "My Activities" dashboard" can be accessed by clicking on your username in the top right, and then clicking on the "My Activities" option.
When you click into a request, you will see a summary of the request as well as the full comment thread.
